so, me and neva sailed through many yards this morning. with coffee in hand of course. there wasnt much good stuff though, even though i bought kind of a lot of stuff.

i got a "candle"/ wax sculpture of a caste with a moat around it and a dragon/hippo guarding it.

some little turtle things that i might give to vicki.

2 beanie babies for david, and how does he repay me? HE ERASES MY DONKEY KONG GAME WHEN I WAS 1 LEVEL BEFORE THE END. <end rant="rant">

i bought a live phish cd as well as a red hot chili peppers cd solely for the picture on the front, which is supposedly tori amos because anthony kiedis had a crush on her. but its actually really good, so it was a good buy.

and the piece de resistance: a sewing machine from 1901, which we got for $10. its very pretty and maybe we can sell it to someone for more than $10. that would be so siiiickkkkk.

sooo, last week was pretty fun. mostly the latter part. tuesday or one day like that i went to boston with neva and ally and we went to fire and ice, which i guess is my new favorite restaurant, then we went to urban outfitters and i sat in one of those chair i like.

wednesday neva and i put a nice effort into getting drunk, but we couldnt find anything. so we watched a scary movie and stayed up all night and went to t-pauls (lol) at 4 in the morning and got pancakes. t-pauls = the cheapest, awesomest, BEST random place to go at odd hours. t-pauls also = the village spa in south gardner. anyway it was really good.

then thurday my parents actually let me have the house to myself for a night, and neva and vicki slept over and we had a mini-party, with not much stuff until johnny came over and brought more stuff and got me fuckin blasted for the first time in FOREVER. and we went swimming in the middle of thie night and didnt go to bed until like 6:30.

then yesterday i saw paul again and that was really nice :) hopefully this week will be more fun and stuff lol

i just got back from casey's party, and i was gonna go take a nap but i had one of those experiences on the way home that i felt like writing in my livejournal...

i was just driving down park street with the windows open and my hair was blowing everywhere, probably not hte safesy way to drive but definitely a beautiful one. so anyway, i'm driving and that Filter song that goes "do you wanna take my picture, cuz i won't remember...etc" came on, and it all came together and was all surreal...the music was really trippy and my curls were all flying in my face and i had one hand on the wheel...so anyways that was my driving experience. then when i got home i was like, hey where's that pen i had before, so i looked in the glove compartment and realized that i had left something involving glass and a panda bear in there for wayyy too long, so i took it out but i didnt find the pen...

i might as well write more since i never update this crap. i am finally done school! yayyy, etc. i got $500 for graduation and a video camera! so i can finally tape all the stupid shit that i do, like, um, talking about hats with vicki and having crazy conversations about who knows what. and we can tape our smoke rides down that road with all the trees that trip me out soo bad. last night we were doing that and i had this random urge to tape the trees and tell what each of them reminded me of, like, "this tree looks like an indian chief in full headdress" *pans to tree* but i didnt want to tape anything at night because i need the light and i dunno if i want vicki driving and me taping with a light on...that might not be smart.

and my graduation party was fun. my family makes me laugh a lot. i put on some bob marley, and my uncle john comes over and in his crazy boston accent goes "whats this some new band?"...then my cousin keith was like, "is it okay if i pahk my cah right theah?" and he didnt notice that i was making fun of him when i said "no you can pahk ya cah anywheah" and everyone seems to like paul, which is really good :)

i've decided not to wear my green dress to my prom. i am wearing neva's red one right now just to see how likely it is to fall off (its strapless) and so far its doing pretty good at staying on. and i talked to my grandmother and she said a bunch of stuff in seamstress lingo about how she can tack it or something. so i'll probably just wear this one.

i probably just did something reallly stupid. this guy called, and he was like "hey this is brian from neighborhood landscaping. i'm in gardner right now so if you could just give me directions to your house i can come give you the estimate you wanted" and no one's home right now but me.but my dad DID tell me that someone named brian from the landscaping place was gonna call. so i gave him directions to my house, cuz i figured, hey, its just one guy and stuff and he'll be outside. that didnt stop me from going online and being like "paulllllll please be online!" lol. cuz the guy got here, and he went in the backyard, and i looked at his truck and he definitely had a puerto rican guy and a guy with one leg with him. it was soooo creepy. i locked the doors and just like sat by the dog till he left. so, luckily, i didnt get raped by the creepy guys.

i sat outside today and made more hemp stuff. it was sooo nice. and i think i got some color :) and i dunno if i ever wrote about it in here, but the people up the hill from me had a pheasant coup...and those pheasants were SOOOOO loud. and when i was sitting out there the lady came outside and looked in the thing and i think i heard her say "they're ALL gone..." to her husband. and i havent heard and loud bird noises recently, so thats good.

lucy was out there too. she was being so cute, hunting all the bugs and stuff. she kept pouncing on hornets and making them reallly mad though. but she is fast and i bet there's gonna be lots of dead animals on the deck this year. lol.

ahhh well i have to go buy vicki a present now, since her party is tomorrow and i have money...

the tori amos concert was last night...i was disappointed that i wasnt into it as much as i thought i would be. i think i just didnt even believe i was there. like, vicki and i hadnt even talked about it before until yesterday when we were trying to figure out what to do. plus the stupid girl sitting in front of me could not keep her head still. she kept cocking her head to the side...but eventually some people sat next to her and she couldnt lean so far over that way anymore.

but the show was realllly good. i love tori because she plays EVERYTHING. you never know what to expect. after she played Original Sinsuality for the intro, she played Happy Phantom, which i never would have expected. Then she said something about how HOT it is being 40 and played something like "he's sexy sexy sexy....yeahhhhh..." and played Sweet the Sting. And let's seeeeee...she played Sweet Dreams by the Eurythmics, and River by Joni Mitchell, which made me cry soooo much for some reason. And she played Cooling, which ALSO made me cry. And she played the other Sweet Dreams, and it was beautiful. and the guy in front of me was really funny. he was talking to that annoying girl who couldnt keep her head still, and he seemed really manly almost to the point of being annoying ("you can have sex with brian, as long as i can tape it!") then she played the Doughnut Song and he cried...it was great. i'll have to find a setlist, although i doubt anyone but me cares.

oh yeahhhh and the guy who opened for her, Matt Nathanson, was sooooo insane at guitar. and he was wicked funny. some girl yelled out "I LOVE YOUUUUU" and he was like "i'm pretty sure i'm in love with you too." then he said something really funny that i cant remember and then said "speaking of that, this song is about genitals. something we all have. lets give a clap for our genitals!" i was gonna buy his cd but their were wayyyy too many people in the lobby and i was wicked tired.maybe i can download some stuff. it was a fun night though.

i am having a very boring, yes wicked sweet day. i was just watching the 100 most metal moments on vh1, and they had a faith no more moment. now, i highly doubt anyone else has ever seen the fnm video for Epic, but i have, and there is this dying fish at the end bouncing around in a puddle, and peta apparently got really mad about it. that sounds like a regular old moment, but then they said that the fish actualy belonged to Bjork and its name was Lunar Soulchild...she like, went to a party at the guitarist's house and let him babysit her fish for her. what makes that even better is that mike patton did some singing on bjork's most recent album.

<3 music
